About me

Nina Bailey

“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”
―  Hippocrates   c. 460 – c. 370 BC

The concept that we are what we eat is not new, and understanding that nutrients (or lack of certain nutrients) can affect us both physiologically and psychologically is vitally important, allowing us to adapt our diet to one that will help sustain long-term health.

As an Associate Nutritionist with a passion for good food and healthy eating, my ethos focuses on looking deeper at the beauty of our food and the power nutrients play in the maintenance of our heath.

As foods can harm or heal, it is important to make the right choices.
